Real estate has been a long-standing interest for Kimberly even before she obtained her license. She made her first real estate investment in 1993 when she purchased a small condo on Pearl Street in Boulder, which later became a rental property when she and her husband moved to a larger townhome. In 2013, they purchased a home in the Arrowhead community of Edwards and fell in love with the area and the entire Vail Valley. Currently, Kimberly splits her time between Edwards and Boulder for work purposes.
